I compared these against Oticon OPN1 for 3 weeks, and while the Oticon hooked up to my iPhone which I liked, the sound quality of the Muse i2400 was MUCH MUCH MUCH better, no competition. And the Oticon OPN whistled ALL the time...with the Muse I only get whistling when I lay my head down at night against my pillow if and when I forget to take them out. Comfortable, high quality sound, american made. Highly recommended!
So far, and it is early (2 days), I have been very impressed with the Muse i2400 hearing aids AND my ziphearing provider, I could not be more satisfied with her intelligence and personal service. She really cares about her clients. I could also not be more satisfied with ZipHearing. Grant and Jeff have been super with their service and follow up. I will be going back to my provider on Friday for my first check-up. The explanation I received from her about the programs and intricacies of these hearing aids was spot on. She explained that adjustments would probably have to occur, so I am aware that these are not perfect - so far. The music program is the main issue - but I am sure it just has to be tweaked. The restaurant setting was used last night, and it was a vast improvement to not having the aids. I would recommend both ZipHearing, and my provider to anyone that is in need of hearing aids. Five stars to both.
The sound quality gets better every week on the Starkey Muse i2400 hearing aids I got. They fit comfortably and I can hardly tell I have them in. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helps me to understand more about the hearing aids. I am excited because I can hear, so much more than before. No one is telling me that I keep saying, "what?" I can hear everything so much clearer, and the music is more of a background noise when I am speaking with other people. People are always asking me where I got these from, and I always tell them about the doctor than I do see plus the awesome service I have received from zip hearing. I will definitely be telling more more people about the awesome service I have received and I will also refer them to the doctor. I look forward for many more times I can honestly hear people 100% without always saying "what?" Thank you!
I just got my Starkey Muse i2400 RIC hearing aids today. They feel good, I can't tell there is anything at all in my ears. I am looking forward to seeing how my hearing is in a restaurant and when grandchildren are in the back seat of my car. So far so good.
So far I am thrilled with my hearing aides. Hearing things that I am not sure that I have ever heard. I have only had them for less than two weeks but my experience couldn't have been better. There weren't any surprises that I needed them when I got my hearing tested and the audiologist only sold one brand. I thought they were a little pricey and had no way to know how good they were in comparison to anything else. So I started researching on the internet, trying to get some king of apples to apples comparison. Really hard to find. Stumbled on Zip hearing, and they were the first ones to at least have reviews on several brands, and their prices were the best I had come across. I called, they set me up with the closest hearing center, went in, discussed several brands and the results of my previous test. She recommended Starkey, but just a little bit over a couple of other brands. I was familiar with them from my father in law. Fit is good, even with my glasses. It took about a week for a couple of pressure points to go away and now I wear them all day long without notice. I am still in the adjustment mode, but hearing better than ever, and much better in situations where I previously struggled. Can actually comprehend a TV show when the back ground music is louder than the characters whispering. Don't understand why they do that, but I can now hear a good part of what they say. Couldn't be happier with the results at this time.
Sound quality is good. The volume seems same on several programs, so need to get that adjusted. The telephone channel has no feedback but volume is too low. Finding air vent opening is a challenge, will definitely need additional adjustmnets.
Just had 3 days to far with my Starkey muse i2400 ric hearing aids. sound quality is good. hearing noises that I guess I was not hearing before is taking a little getting use to. My voice sounds a little funny, almost mechanical. the aids are comfortable, they really are almost invisible. no one at work has even noticed them. I go back next week for my first adjustment. I am expecting a lot from these. it is a lot of money, so I expect a lot of good results. the ease of taking off and putting on is very good. the color blends in well with my glasses frame and hair. my wife(who is the only person that really matters) is very pleased with the results so far, talking in the car has always been a real challenge, but we have seen an improvement already. this was definitely the right decision, one I should have made several years before.

This is the only way to buy hearing aids! Most any kind of model you might desire can be purchased through the ZipHearing network - and I saved a significant amount of money, about $1400 - and got a year's worth of batteries at no cost. Explore the site and then call.
I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ZipHearing.com. They saved me $1,300 and connected me with an excellent local company, plus gave me a year supply of hearing aid batteries. I am a completely satisfied customer. Highly recommended!
I contacted ZipHearing and received a great pair of hearing aids for way below the cost that the hearing center was asking. It's a great way to save a lot of money on state of the art products and I'm glad I found them before paying full price. Service is excellent as well.
