After suffering with hearing loss for over 10 years I finally gave in and purchased these hearing aids at the request (demand) of my wife. I am blown away, in awe, at how much sound I have not been hearing over the years. Birds singing, footsteps, refrigerators running, it's the little things that you didn't even know made sounds. Most importantly, I can understand my grandchildren again and being with them is no longer as stressful as it used to be. I can highly recommend the Signia Insio hearing aids to anyone and wish that I would have purchased them years ago.
Purchased Signia INSIO 7PX hearing aids through ZipHearing. Picked them up this afternoon, as for day one I couldn't be more pleased. The product is outstanding, fit, clarity and ease of operation on initial use is all that I could have hoped for. ZipHearing has been a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend both the Signia product and ZipHearing.
I just picked up my hearing aid. It is an amazing piece of work. I got the signia insio primax 7px cic. What a difference it makes. Now I can hear the birds and all the sounds that I have missing all this time. I can hear my kids without them speaking loud or having to get close to them. I can hear my wife or any one talk in a different room. I couldn't do that before, neither could I hear the TV without being on max volume. Even at max level i still couldn't understand most of it. People don't even realize that I have a hearing aid. You just don't see it. I just love this hearing aid. Please, please if you need one get one, you will be a different person. No more insecurity and asking people to repeat themselves. I' m still in my 50s. Should have done this sooner. On the other hand i HATE the app. Bad job very bad am disappointed with you Signia.Take a look at RESOUNDS app and do something like that.
The sound quality in my new Signia Insio 7px hearing aids is fantastic. I especially like how they adjust in a noisy environment like a restaurant. Also the wireless capability is a huge plus over my 4 year old Starkey Soundlens IICs. I'm still working with my local Audiologist and Signia to get everything finalized/perfected, but I know from experience this can be typical with new aids. Initially everything worked beautifully, except the aids were way too large to be considered IICs as both were fully visible, particularly the right side. Since invisibility such as I've had with my old Soundlens is a must-have for me, my Audiologist sent them back to Siemens to be remade. They were able to reduce size/reshape so they both fit more fully into the canal. Although they're still larger than my old Soundlens, I'm now very pleased with the appearance, especially with the wireless feature maintained. However, I'm now having issues with the remade aids in that only the 'Universal' program is available (before there were 4 programs), and it appears easyTek is only recognizing one of the two aids (one beep instead of two when easyTek connects and only shows left aid's battery meter). Another appointment with Audiologist tomorrow 3/23 to hopefully get these new issues rectified, which would up my rating to 4 or 5 stars. I give 5 stars to my ZipHearing provider in Charlotte, NC for outstanding expertise, care, and customer service.
Bottom line, I am a very very very hard of hearing lady. I have otosclerosis which is a progressive hearing disorder. I have been wearing hearing aids for 30 years. I need GOOD hearing aids to make me functional in a hearing world. There are many hearing aid manufacturers out there with fancy prices to go along with their aids. The question is which one is best for me?! Trust me on this one, the deafer you are, the easier it is to be taken advantage of. Audiologists prey on the fact that they can help you with a better more powerful aid costing more money. I have tested and owned more than my share at this stage of my life. Oticon, Resound, Phonak, Widex. With my last pair, my voice never sounded normal to me. Turning the volume up didn't make me hear better either. Once again, money out the window. Where to turn? I know that Siemens makes great hearing aids but so expensive. I turned to the Internet to see if there was any discounting available and that is how I found ZIP HEARING! Jeff, the owner, picked up my email immediately. He put me in touch with an audiologist close by me. I now own a pair of Signia 7's. First time out the door and the fit is perfect! Such a big thing when you wear something 16 hours a day. They are programmed perfectly. No need for a second trip back to the audiologist. She really knows her stuff and what a joy to work with. I am deafer but am hearing better with these aids. SIGNIA Insio 7px with the best price you will find anywhere. Contact Zip Hearing. ps. I was not paid to write this. I am just a happy customer.
Post it here and a ZipHearing staff member or manufacturer representative will get back to you ASAP!
This is the only way to buy hearing aids! Most any kind of model you might desire can be purchased through the ZipHearing network - and I saved a significant amount of money, about $1400 - and got a year's worth of batteries at no cost. Explore the site and then call.
I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ZipHearing.com. They saved me $1,300 and connected me with an excellent local company, plus gave me a year supply of hearing aid batteries. I am a completely satisfied customer. Highly recommended!
I contacted ZipHearing and received a great pair of hearing aids for way below the cost that the hearing center was asking. It's a great way to save a lot of money on state of the art products and I'm glad I found them before paying full price. Service is excellent as well.
