A huge difference in these Pure 7 BTs. Clarity is much improved and although it is too soon to tell, but these seem to really zero in on the dialogue. I just need to wear them and work with my audiologist to refine the programming. These are very comfortable and respond accurately to the smartphone app. I am anxious to play golf with these and see how accurate the golfer's conversations are in the wind. I wore them in Home Depot, a very loud store as you know and I did have to use the app to reduce background noise. I think these should respond more accurately to this type of environment without having to manually make adjustments. The phone streaming is just out of this world. So clear, accurate and effortless. Words to music is much improved as well. I am able to enjoy the high sounds and bass sounds. Love them
I had the Siemens Pure Carat XCL 501 close to 5 years. They worked well until recently . I was just fitted with the Signia BT 13 13 7px and noticed immediate hearing improvement, The audiologist did an excellent job in setting up and and training me how to adjust and use the hearing aids with my cell phone . Since I am an experienced hearing aid user, I did a lot of research on price and quality I would recommend Zip hearing. The basic problem I have had in the past was not only finding the best hearing aids at a discounted price but a good and reputable audiologist. Jeff from zip-hearing provided both.
So, I just got my hearing aids today. My wife has been complaining. So far I like them. I decided on the Signia Pure BT 13 7px. I liked the blue tooth idea and just talked on my iphone 6 with them. Sound comes through the aids and when I talk it goes through the phone. I was in the next room an we both could hear. Great! I found that the phone has an app to turn the phone into a microphone. Like a baby monitor. Might find a use for that. Was outside and did not get any wind noise. Have not hooked up the tv streamer yet but have high hopes for it. So to sum up. Day one so far I am pleased.
Update: Well I'm 3 days in and so far so good. I did now get to hook up the tv streaming receiver and it works great. Last night I could turn the volume completely down on the tv and still hear the programs through the hearing aids. No more keeping others up late night while I watch tv. I could go into other rooms and still hear the programs through the hearing aids. Very nice. I am really getting used to answering the phone and hearing through the hearing aids also. I have an iphone 6 so this has been great. Downloaded the accompanying app and it is nice too. It Keeps a daily log of your usage and hearing situations so your audiologist can look at how you are doing and what environments you are subject to on a daily basis. Oh, and I can hear the Wife!
I recently upgraded my hearing aids to the Signia Pure 13BT 7PX RIC model aids and cannot be more please with the results. I can hear more variety of sounds from low tones to high range and voices are so much clearer and understandable, even in loud noisy environments. Adjusting the volume is as easy as touching the ear pieces or in the iPhone app, and the app allows me to connect directly to my phone for incoming calls so I don't have to hold the phone to my ear, and the clarity is so much better, I even enjoy talking on the phone now, where before I dreaded making or receiving calls. The directional adjustments in the iPhone app allow me to focus on conversations in any direction I choose and eliminates the surrounding distractions of unwanted conversations and my interactions with others is so much more pleasant and rewarding. Others have commented on how easier it is to have conversations with me as I don't miss words that I did before and had to ask them to repeat their words in broken conversation. The fit is perfect and easy to install or remove, and they are much more comfortable to wear for extended periods. I don't even notice I have them in, except now I can hear everything I need to (and much more)! (I didn't remember birds actually sing . .) My wife is much happier also as the TV doesn't "blare" where the neighbors can hear it. And I enjoy watching TV now more than ever.
I purchased the Signia 13BT hearing aids and also the Streamline TV unit. The domes on the hearing aid fit very comfortable in the ear canal. I hear a lot better than with the old hearing aids that were far more costly than the Signia. My specialist stated that I could control these hearing aids by using an iPhone app called myControl and it also can be used on the Streamline TV unit. I currently use an Android phone, but I kept my old iPhone 5 and was able to download the app. I have to mention that I have my sound going through a BOSE entertainment center and the TV volume is muted. I hook up the Streamline TV directly to the TV. I can hear the TV sounds through my hearing aids, even with the TV volume controls set to 1 or muted. So if you don't want to disturb anyone, this is a perfect setup. The listening range is very good, I can go from the family room or bathroom or bedroom or even outside and still hear the TV. My only drawback in using this unit is when my wife is watching TV with me. If I turn the app volume up so that I can hear the TV, my wife tells me that she can her the sounds coming from my hearing aid. If it's turned to low, I get some feedback or echoing. So, I just turn off the app for the TV and set my hearing aids to Universal and then turn the hearing aid volume up.

This is the only way to buy hearing aids! Most any kind of model you might desire can be purchased through the ZipHearing network - and I saved a significant amount of money, about $1400 - and got a year's worth of batteries at no cost. Explore the site and then call.
I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ZipHearing.com. They saved me $1,300 and connected me with an excellent local company, plus gave me a year supply of hearing aid batteries. I am a completely satisfied customer. Highly recommended!
I contacted ZipHearing and received a great pair of hearing aids for way below the cost that the hearing center was asking. It's a great way to save a lot of money on state of the art products and I'm glad I found them before paying full price. Service is excellent as well.
