Have worn my Halo IQ i2400 hearing aids for one week. The sound quality is good as long as they’re not turned all the way up. Have had some trouble with Tru Link about keeping them in sync. I do like being able to control them with my I Phone. My dealer is good at getting them fine tuned. It will take some more time to get used to them. I am learning and am pleased with them. It is hard to get working for all conditions. You do need to be smart phone literate in order to keep them working properly. The battery life was five days wearing them around fourteen hours a day. Have not had to put new filters in yet. I take them out every night to let them dry out. I have not worn them in dusty conditions yet. I have not had trouble with wind noise while being outside, The right aid is set different in the car position to better hear my grandson in the back seat.
The sound quality of my Starkey HaloIQ i2400 are the best hearing aids on the market. The Bluetooth function is unbelievable. you can change it to suit your own hearing by yourself. It is very user friendly. I’d recommend them to anybody and zip hearing is fantastic to deal with. There Service and prices are great.
Sound quality is good, battery duration is great, volume when connecting to a phone call is too low vs other listening situations. I am learning how to adjust that during the call. I thought I could answer calls by clicking the button on my hearing aids...but now informed that Starkey does not offer that. Disappointed since I was sure that I had read that I would be able to do that.
I am loving to have this pair of BTE hearing aid, the model is Starkey Halo IQ I2400. It's the best decision I have made for this model. The sound is crystal clear and natural that make me enjoy life. I used to have problem when going to the meeting that I could not hear them well and now it's no sweat. I also like the bluetooth that allow me to stream music or listen to the radio. I used to have in the ear hearing aid and it's not comfort like this new pair because I always had feedback sound and the sound was not natural. I highly recommend this newest and latest high end hearing aids to those who need it on daily basis for professional job. It will make you smile when going to the meeting.
The sound quality seems okay so far, but the left ear hearing aid does not fit correctly. The piece that is supposed to keep the aid in the ear keeps coming out of the ear, thus the 'speaker' doesn't fit snug and the quality and volume of the sound diminishes. Other than that, I'm very happy. I am sure that the fitting problem can be resolved easily.
I have the starkey hearing aids, they work fine on live conversation, but I don’t like them when receiving calls on my iPhone the sound quality is very bad, also everything related to the phone application’s sound is not good. I will talk to the doctor in next week to recommend me a hearing aids that the phone application is only to graduate the volume, and turn volume on and off. I went last week on my 2nd visit with the doctor. She made some sound adjustments, and added the music memory on the application, but still I do not feel any confort on phone call going through my hearing aids. My first choice was Signia hearing aids but the Doctor was not familiar with this brand and recommended me the Starkey brand.
