Accessories & Smartphone Apps
Phone Clip +: $259
This is a Bluetooth streamer that allows you to stream audio from your phone to your hearing aids. If you have an iPhone, you don't need this, because iPhones directly stream to ReSound hearing aids. If you have an Android or any other phone and you want to stream from your phone, you need this. Even if you have an iPhone, it still may make sense to get this, because it does allow for hands free phone calls. Wear it around your neck and the microphone picks up your voice for the person on the other end of the call to hear, so you don't have to hold you the phone to your mouth when speaking. The streamer also doubles as a basic remote control, allowing you to change the volume and programs of your hearing aids.
TV Streamer 2: $379
Plug it into the back of your TV or soundbar and the audio will be streaned directly to your hearing aids. Others can keep the TV at their preferred volume level, while you set your own volume via the app or on the hearing aids themselves, or on using the buttons on the actual TV streamer device.
Multi Mic: $359
All the functionality of the Micro Mic, but with the added benefit of also working as a table microphone. When placed horizontally on a table or flat surface, it'll pick up the voices of multiple speakers and stream them directly to your hearing aids.
Micro Mic: $269
If you have a hard time hearing in noise this accessory is a lifesaver. Attach this microphone to a companion's shirt and their voice will stream directly to your hearing aids. Their voice will come through much stronger than all the competing noise in the environment.
Remote Control 2: $239
You probably don't need this. Most people use the app to control their hearing aids, and if not the app, then the push button on the hearing aid itself. But if neither of those suit you, this remote is a simple way to control the volume and program, with a helpful display screen so you can easily see your hearing aid settings.
Remote Control 3: $239
Adjust the volume and program of your ReSound hearing aids easily and discreetly. The simple keypad style design features large buttons, which are concave, tactile, and ergonomic. The buttons have raised symbols in the center, so they are easy to locate and glide a finger over. The standard CR2032 Lithium coin cell battery is widely available and easy to replace.
Smart 3D App
Take control of your hearing aids. Adjust sound settings such as volume, program, base, treble, and even create custom programs based on specific listening environments. Use the app to find your hearing aids if you lose them, check the status of your rechargeable battery, and provide soothing sounds for tinnitus relief. In some cases, your hearing provider can even make remote adjustments to your hearing aids through the app.

All follow up service appointments during your first year of ownership are included at no additional cost. After that time, your local ZipHearing provider may bill you privately for services at a rate not-to-exceed $50 per appointment.
3 Year Full Manufacturer Warranty

At the time your order is placed with ZipHearing, you're sent a 1 year supply of hearing aid batteries delivered directly to your door. These batteries will usually arrive to your home before your scheduled date to pick up the hearing aids from your ZipHearing provider's office, but if they aren't, your provider will get you started with a few batteries at your delivery appointment. We provide premium Rayovac batteries which have a shelf life of 4 years.
Wax Filters, Domes, and Cleaning Supplies
Simple cleaning & maintenance supplies will be provided by the manufacturer and given to you at your hearing aid fitting appointment, along with rubber or silicone domes, and wax filters, which your hearing provider will show you how to use, ensuring your hearing aids remain free of wax, oil, and other debris.
Based on 6 User Reviews
This review is for Linx Quattro owners who experience cycling of the sound level. I got my Quattros in Dec 2018 and was disappointed as my results were less than my previous Resound Alera. The noise suppression cycled such that my hearing of rustling leaves, running water, general light sounds came in and out. Also, in restaurant program, I could hear sounds behind me clear than those in front. It took months for me to understand exactly what was happening in many situations and explain it to my audiologist. She returned them to Resound and after checking, they replaced both of them. What a difference. I now have tremendous hearing in all environments. If you are not hearing what you expected to hear, stay at it and don’t overlook that they may be defective. I give four stars instead of five because they allowed defective units to go out there. IfI had not been a user for some time, I would just have given up on hearing aides as many folks do.
I have a pair of Resound Linx Quattro 9 aids. After using them for 2 weeks, I can say that they work very well. Hearing aids do not replace regular hearing. They help. My fumbling with hearing speech or TV is much better now. There is a smart phone app which I prefer not to use a lot. The Quattro's have 4 programs built in which I use for 4 different scenarios. That is good enough for me. My batteries are lasting 10 - 11 days. Nice!
I recently purchased the resound hearing aides. I previously had phonack. I was happy with my previous pair but wanted a second pair. I have been wearing the resound now for about a and I hear people’s voices much clearer . I’m hearing music much clearer. The blue tooth is not as good as the phonak. The app with the resound is much easier to use. The audiologist zip hooked me up with is professional and excellent. This pair are a little more expensive then the previous on line company but worth the extra money.( I did not have problem with other company but working with Zip is a pleasure)
I am still learning and adjusting. So far, I know know that I have been missing from music. It was a lot. I am adjusting to speech more slowly, but my eavesdropping skills have expanded exponentially. The aids are very light and comfortable. I haven't had them very long so I'm not sure I can say much about durability, but so far so good!
I am in the process of continuing typical early adjustments, but so far so good. With regard to comfort, they are very comfortable. My hearing specialist along with Ziphearing have changed the wire length which is addressing movement of the aid behind my ear. Quality of sound is very good generally, we are working to address clarity while using the TV streaming program, for both TV and environmental sounds. I particularly like being able to adjust treble, medium and bass tones in all programs. Great improvement over prior model. The noise reduction setting in restaurant mode works well to isolate table conversation for better clarity. I can also use the the function of making my phone work like a microphone in restaurant if needed. Haven’t tried it yet, but sure like the idea of it. Will be attending some musical theater shows in a large venue soon so am will be able to asses how they work in that setting. More models need to be equipped with coil!! Also, why is there not more availability of both battery or recharge in all models? Need to be able tot the model wanted in either. So far I am happy with my Resound Lynx Quattro 9. Love Ziphearing too!
Sound quaility is ok, but will require more adjustments. Take awhile to get used to having something in your ear. Had to get a custom fit for one ear as it was causing discomfort. Small issue with pairing the hearing aid to the phone app. in that it may drop out and/or show that hearing aid is not connected to phone, but actually is.
