Included with your purchase
Don’t settle for less- or “remote support.” To get the best performance out of your hearing aids you need local care. It’s why Starkey recommends it, right on their website. Your purchase includes 1 year of unlimited appointments with your local ZipHearing provider. After your first year of ownership, additional appointments with your local ZipHearing provider are (at the most) $65 each.
Wear your hearing aids for 45 days. If they don’t change your life, simply bring them back to your local ZipHearing provider and we’ll issue a 100% refund. No restocking fees. No fine print.
Your purchase includes a manufacturer’s 3 year warranty covering repairs, and loss and damage. If a hearing aid is lost or damaged beyond repair during the warranty period, your ZipHearing provider can file what is called a “Loss and Damage Claim” for you, and a new device will be issued, subject to a deductible payable to your hearing provider of $350/aid.
Cleaning and maintenance supplies like domes and wax filters are included with your order, and your hearing provider will show you how to use them. If your hearing aids take disposable batteries, we’ll include a year's supply. If your hearing aids are rechargeable, we’ll include a charger.
We offer 12 month interest-free financing through CareCredit. We also offer payment plans of up to 60 months, though interest does apply. Setting up your financing takes just minutes, and a ZipHearing team member will help you through the process.

Starkey Evolv AI reviews

As good as they said they would be
Okay hello, my name is Mike H., I got the Starkey Evolv hearing aids, it’s probably been 3 months ago, something like that, and so far, I have no complaints. This is my fourth set of hearing aids in my life and I can say that these are the best ones I’ve ever had. I did choose the battery over the rechargeable, because I wanted the ability to take spare batteries with me when I go places and if the charge runs out I just swap out the batteries and good to go, and they’re really not that expensive as far as I’m concerned. Got them in, can’t even tell they’re there can you? That’s one thing I really like about them, they do a good job of fitting behind the ears and in my case, I chose the hard mold insert, the last pair of hearing aids I’d had that’s what I used and I’m used to it- it worked fine for me. Like I say I have no complaints with these, like any hearing aids, they’re still not perfect when there’s a lot of background noise. But that’s the nature of the best so to speak. I love the fact that they’re Bluetooth, I can do all my phone calls through my hearing aids, makes it very easy, gives me two hands to work while I’m talking. Also the adjustments on the app on my phone allow me a lot of control to fine tune how they’re doing if I am in a noisy environment and then those settings get applied permanently and all I have to do is click the mode on my hearing aid and change to whatever I need. Don’t have much else to say, again I’m pleased with them, and I hope you’ll trust this company, I was leery of ordering something over the internet and on a phone call, but they came through with everything they said they would do and the hearing aids are as good as they said they would be, can’t ask for any more than that. Good luck.

It’s nice that they’re kind of invisible
Hello my name is Sam S., I live in Greenville, SC, 72 years old, retired guy, fairly active, and I have had problems with my hearing for a long time. My children and now my grandchildren will vouch for that. They have long wanted me to do something about it and I tried about 4 years ago but just didn’t feel good with the results, the noise was amplified, although speech was, the noise was too, so it just didn’t fill the bill and I turned them back in and got a refund. So fast forward about four years and I went to an audiologist, got my hearing tested, and talked about getting a real high quality hearing aid this time around and with the help of ZipHearing I was able to do that. I got a pair of Starkey Evolv AI 2400 hearing aids which are a premium hearing aid, they have a lot of advanced features, they’re very new, they just came on the market last year, and that’s what I wanted. I wanted the best technology that I could possibly afford this time around and I feel like I’ve gotten it. The model I have is styled with a receiver in the ear, and the piece behind the ears, so far I haven’t had anybody you know say anything about “oh you wear hearing aids.” So it’s nice that they’re kind of invisible. I will say that I love these, this particular product because it’s got a lot of artificial intelligence, the latest technology that seems to be everywhere in our lives. These things will analyze the sound around me in a restaurant or some other public place and help to adjust the background level noise down, and then I can, with a few push buttons on their app, raise the speech level up and hear soft speakers, even my grandchildren. So I love it. They’re made for iPhone and other Apple products, so they connect flawlessly with my iPhone, they’re rechargeable which was another thing I wanted for sure, and after looking at my list of things that I was wanting when I went out to get these, they have like I said the great noise reduction and they help you hear speech better, but I also have tinnitus, however it’s pronounced, I have the ringing in my ears that I’ve had for 15 years. Kinda got used to it, but with these new Starkey hearing aids, I don’t notice it as much because they have a setting where you can actually get a white noise sent into the hearing aids it just is enough to overwhelm that ringing in my ears all the time, so that’s been great. They’re, you know the downside, you know they’re advanced technology so they are a little complicated, but I’ve had great support from the audiologist, Starkey has been good as well, I’ve called them, their tech support department a couple of times and asked questions, so I feel like I’m getting there. I’ve only had them now for about, less than 2 months, so you know there’s a time period involved here where you’re getting used to all that technology in your ears. I have a recharger that sits by the desk during the day or on the nightstand at nighttime. They will, I think in the near future, have a device that will stream your television signal into your ears as well. All in all, I like the product a lot, I’ve even gone so far as to get my wife in with the audiologist and get her Costco hearing aids replaced with Starkey hearing aids, so she’ll have those in place very shortly, and I’d recommend them to anyone. As far as the experience with Zip I found it to be very good. I was a little doubtful, I thought maybe if they could save me that much money I’d probably get less service from the audiologist but that was not the case, the care I got was excellent and I saved a good deal of money. I found out about ZipHearing from HearingTracker.com and I’ll put in that little commercial at the end. They’re a website that tracks technology and just basically anything to do with the hearing aid industry and I read a lot about hearing aids before I bought these, and I don’t know that everyone would do as much reading as I did but you can’t go wrong looking at that website, HearingTracker.com. But again, great product, great price, really glad that I did what I did, thanks.

Nobody even knows I have them
Hi folks my name is John, I live in Sarasota, FL, I am 74 and 3 quarters years old. I have needed hearing aids for the last 4 or 5, maybe 6 years. Been tested a whole bunch of times, and finally at the urging of my wonderful wife I finally said okay I’m gonna get with it. Because a bunch of my friends from high school and other associates have them and so they have a bunch of experience and I started looking about 3, 4 years ago and the prices were 7, 8 thousand, all crazy stuff, there’s kind of a hearing aid shell game going on, so I went online and found the website for the guys I’m making this video for and they recommended me to a great company here in Florida. I got the, I’m gonna show them to you, my little Starkey hearing aids, I have the in ear hearing aids, they are absolutely wonderful, nobody even knows I have them, and the happiest person on the planet is my wife, because before I got these hearing aids, when we were watching TV I would have to have the closed captioning on and then I bought a set of noise dampening earphones, so when we were watching TV together we couldn’t even have a discussion. These hearing aids have basically changed her life as well as mine, I didn’t know my car turn signals made noise until I had my hearing aids in, so, the benefits are life altering, and the only complaint, it’s not really a complaint but the only thing I would say is they make my ears itch a little bit every now and then, but other than that, the service I got from all the people involved with my purchase are absolutely spectacular. You know, it just, Jeff and his guys are great, they work with great people in your market, so check them out, I couldn’t more highly recommend them, and they also worked out to be very affordable, I have a bunch of different features in mine for restaurants, movie theaters, I couldn’t hear the dialog, now I hear it and I gotta tone my hearing aids down a little bit, but absolutely couldn’t be happier. Hope you guys take advantage of it, have a great day, really appreciate your help, thanks.

Should’ve got them sooner
Hi my name is David, I live in Brooklyn New York and I am 68 years old. The hearing aids that I have are the Starkey Evolve AI 1600. They fit in the ear. They have a little bulb that fits in the ear and the main part fits over the ear. And they go in very easily. 6-7 years ago, maybe 8 even, my family started telling me that I was having trouble hearing. I went to an ENT specialist in 2018, he did a hearing test, he told me that in fact, I have trouble hearing women, by which he meant that I don’t hear high frequencies that I could use hearing aids. I didn’t do anything for awhile. I went to Costco a year or two later. I got another hearing test, still didn’t do anything. Had a third hearing test with the ENT that I’d seen for ear issues. Still didn’t do anything. The pandemic came, and I started thinking more seriously about getting them. I got a flier in the mail back in October from an audiology clinic in Brooklyn for a free exam. I went for another free exam. They turned out to be somebody from Starkey who was selling their hearing aids. The representative who I liked a lot gave me a pair to try while we were talking, I thought they were very helpful. He did say that the discount that was available would only be for another day or two, I’d have to buy them quickly, which didn’t sit well with me. I went online, found Ziphearing, found the same pair of hearing aids that the guy wanted to sell me and they were $1600 less expensive on Ziphearing. So I was happy with that. And when I found out they had a local audiologist I decided to go ahead and purchase them. The starkey evolve ai. What I like about them is, for instance, I had gone to see a Broadway show 2-3 weeks before I went for that last audiologist exam and I probably missed 15-20% of the dialogue in the show. A week or so after I bought the hearing aids I went to see another broadway show, also dialogue and I heard everything. I thought that was great. One of the things I like about these aids, is that they have different settings. They have normal, I have 3 that I use. Normal, restaurant, and auditorium. When I went to the broadway show I used auditorium and I think that was very helpful. About a week after I got the hearing aids I also went to a noisy restaurant with my wife who sat opposite of me, kinda farther apart it was a big table and for the first time in a long time I was about to hear her throughout the entire meal. The last point I would make is I am regretful I didn't get the hearing aids sooner because I had health insurance prior to medicare at 65 which I believe would have paid me back substantially much of the cost of the hearing aids but once I went on medicare they only pay a very limited amount reimbursement so if you're getting close to 65 and you have good health insurance you might consider getting them before you turn 65. Other than that I have been happy with ziphearing and the starkeys and thank you for your time.

Common questions about Starkey Evolv AI hearing aids
Choose questions category:
If you have wireless Evolv AI hearing aids and a second generation Amazon Fire TV Cube, you can stream audio directly from the TV to Evolv AI hearing aids. If not, you'll need Starkey's TV Streamer accessory to stream audio.
In some cases, yes. If you have an iPhone 11 or newer, running on iOS 15.1 or newer, and you have any Evolv AI model other than the IIC NW or CIC NW models, then you'll be able to talk on the phone hands-free. If you have any other phone or operating system, hands-free talking on the phone requires the Remote Mic + accessory. This will allow you to keep your phone in your pocket/purse, etc, and the microphone on the accessory will pick up your voice so the caller can hear you. If you have the IIC NW or CIC NW models, neither of these will allow hands-free calling, as they are not compatible with the Remote MIC + accessory.
Evolv AI is Made for iPhone, which means it can connect directly with iPhones to stream music, phone calls, and more. Evolv AI is also compatible with the new Android protocol, Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA), allowing direct streaming from select Android devices with Android 10 and Bluetooth 5.0. If your phone isn't directly compatible with Evolv AI, you can still get Bluetooth functionality via the Remote Microphone +.
The battery should last long enough that this isn't an issue. If you're concerned about this, you have a few options. First, the Standard Charger that comes included with your order can be used to charge the hearing aids so long as you can plug the charger in to a power source. Second, if you have Starkey's Mini Turbo Charger, you can turbo charge your hearing aids in just 7 minutes, getting you 3.5 hours of power, and that charger has it's own on-board battery so it does not need to be plugged in to charge hearing aids, and that makes it a good mobile charging solution. Third, if you have the Starkey Premium Charger, that charger has it's own built-in battery which stores 3 full reserve charges, so you can charge your hearing aids that way, without needing access to electricty, also making that charger a good mobile charging option.
