Very comfortable

First time wearing hearing Aids.... Wow! Sound much improved vs. what I have been living with, plus they are very comfortable in wearing. In addition, people have notice I am hearing much better now (not asking to repeat, etc.)…

Very happy with my investment purchase to enhance my daily life happenings. Great product!

Pleasantly surprised

So far I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they have been and how easy to adjust. I’ve been wearing them full-time since my first day.
I thought the app would be essential but it’s not that important. I can work (and remember) the buttons on the units, and it’s easier than I thought it would be.
So far, after not quite 2 weeks, I can say I am enormously pleased with my Signia hearing aids.

Amazed

Hi. I have had my hearing aids for a couple of weeks and I'm amazed of all the sounds I had been missing out on. I love mine because they are so clear and small. I absolutely loved my Audiologist.

Pleasant, comfortable

I'm okay basically with the comfort but will return to my provider to improve stability in my ears. All other aspects of hearing aids has been pleasant, comfortable and it is definitely great having improved hearing.

So far so good

So far so good. It's amazing hearing things now that I had just taken for granted or never even realized that I was missing. They are very comfortable. Most days I don't even know I am wearing them. Except for the hearing part of course. Still playing with the controls and options. It's only been a week - but a good week!

Much improved

First time user with the sound being much improved with my hearing problems. These are the latest models (allowing much programable for various needs), being much smaller is a big plus and aids in the wearing comfortable department. So far they have been spot on for my needs (after several tweeking adjustments)

Work wonderfully

They work wonderfully well and are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. They're so small that no one has noticed I'm wearing them and I've been doing so every day, all day, for two weeks. The charging case is great. I put them in at 5:30 in the morning and take them out at 10pm - and they're still working.

Common questions about Signia Pure Charge&Go X hearing aids

Bluetooth / ConnectivityRechargeabilityControls/AppsMiscellaneous

Choose questions category:

Is this hearing aid Bluetooth compatible?
Signia hearing aids are Made for iPhone, which means they can directly stream audio like phone calls and music. If you don't have an iPhone, you can still stream audio to your hearing aids, but it requires buying the StreamLine Mic accessory, which creates a Bluetooth connection between your hearing aids and phone.
Does this hearing aid allow for hands-free phone calls?
Only via the StreamLine Mic accessory. When talking on the phone, you'll hear the caller through the hearing aids, but in order for them to hear you (and for you to use the phone truly hands-free), you'd need to use the StreamLine Mic accessory, which has a microphone on it that will pack up your voice so the caller can hear you.
Can this hearing aid be paired directly to my Bluetooth TV?
No. Streaming audio from the TV requires the StreamLine TV accessory.
How many hours a day do the batteries last?
With no Bluetooth streaming, you'll get 23 hours a day of battery life. With up to 5 hours of streaming, that'll drop down to around 19 hours of power.
What is the lifespan of the rechargeable batteries?
Signia expects the battery to last 3-4 years, at which point the hearing aid will need to be sent to them to get a new battery. We expect most providers will chage $150-$250 per device for this service.
How will I know when my battery needs to be charged?
20 minutes to an hour before your battery quits, the hearing aid will play a low battery notification of steady beeps or a melodic tune, letting you know it's time to charge the hearing aid. Your hearing provider can demonstrate this sound for you in the fitting software so you know what to expect.
What if I'm on-the-go and my battery dies?
Signia doesn't offer a mobile power pack, but they do recommend the Tripp Lite model UPB-02K6-1U power pack, which is a power bank that you can plug your charger into when you need to charge your hearing aids and don't have access to electricity.
How long does it take to get a full charge?
A full charge takes 3-4 hours and provides 19-23 hours of power. A 30-minute fast charge provides an extra 7 hours of use.
Does the charger include a dehumidifier?
Yes, the charger also serves as a dehumidifer.
How can I control this hearing aid, and which settings can I control?
Using the onboard pushbutton, or the miniPocket remote, you can control the volume and program. Using the Signia app, you can control volume, program, base and treble, and on 5 and 7 models, you can control the directionality of the microphones, helping to reduce background noise in a challenging listening environment.
How do I turn this hearing aid on and off?
To turn the hearing aids off, simply put them in the charger. Or, press and hold the bottom rockerswitch button for 3 seconds. To turn the hearing aids on, pull them out of the charger, or press and hold the bottom rockerswitch button for 3 seconds.
Does the app have a “Find My Hearing Aid” feature?
It does not.
Is this hearing aid CROS compatible?
Yes, Pure Charge&Go X works with the CROS Pure Charge&Go X.
Can I get this hearing aid with a telecoil?
No, a telecoil is not an option with this model.
Is this model compatible with color changing kits?
Yes. If you're unsure of the color you want to order, or would simply like to change colors, your hearing provider can order color changing kits from Signia. They can then quickly change the color of the hearing aid.

StreamLine MIC has two features. First, it's most commonly used as a Bluetooth streamer that allows you to stream audio from your phone to your hearing aids. If you have an Android phone or any non-Apple smartphone, you'll need this device if you wish to stream audio from your phone to your hearing aids. If you have an iPhone, you won't need this device, because Signia hearing aids are directly compatible with iPhones. Even if you have an iPhone, it still may make sense to get this, because it does allow for hands free phone calls. Wear it around your neck and the microphone picks up your voice for the person on the other end of the call to hear, so you don't have to hold you the phone to your mouth when speaking. The second feature of StreamLine MIC is its ability to work as a remote microphone. If you have a hard time hearing in noise this accessory is a lifesaver. Attach the StreamLine MIC to a companion's shirt and their voice will stream directly to your hearing aids. Their voice will come through much stronger than all the competing noise in the environment.
RATING5

You probably don't need this. Most people use the app to control their hearing aids, but if that doesn't suit you, this remote is a simple way to control the volume and program.
