Hearing Aid Description & Features
Brought to you by the same folks who've historically led the industry in rechargeables, Pure 7X Charge&Go is the latest iteration of a long line of successful rechargeable hearing aids from Signia.
Only now, it's smaller than ever before, more reliable, and longer lasting.
Charge&go hearing aids are powered by a lithium-ion battery, which on a full charge of 4 hours, will provide more than 20 hrs of power to the hearing aids. If you're in a pinch and your battery dies, a 30-minute fast charge will provide 5 hours of power.
These hearing aids are directly compatible with Apple iPhone and iPad, so you can wirelessly stream audio from those devices, like phone calls, podcasts, music, etc, directly to the hearing aids, with no intermediary device necessary.
As for sound quality, this (7) model is the most advanced that Signia offers. What sets it apart from other premium hearing aids in the industry, is its onboard motion sensors (which can account and adjust for your movement), and OVP (Own Voice Processing), which is a proprietary feature from Signia that helps reduce the sound of your own voice.
This is a 48 channel hearing aid with up to 6 customizable programs, and it's available in 10 color choices as shown below.
If you have questions about the this hearing aid that you don`t find answered on this page, or are looking for specs on this device, you might want to check out the downloadable documents (below), visit Signia`s website, or feel free to give us a call at 800-731-6794.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pure Charge&Go X Testimonial
Reed Doughty is a former professional football player with hearing loss. He’s also a husband, father of four, and athletic director for a school in Denver. After wearing a pair of Signia hearing aids for five years, Reed decided it was time for an upgrade. Although Reed tried another brand, they didn’t compare to Signia’s innovative Pure Charge&Go X devices. These rechargeable, connected hearing aids with the world’s first acoustic-motion sensors make sure that this busy dad doesn’t miss a beat. This is Reed’s Signia story.
Signia Xperience - Hear what matters to you
The issue with existing hearing aids is that they either focus on what is directly in front of the wearer or on the general surroundings, often missing important sounds that matter. Signia Xperience is the first hearing aid ever that doesn’t make that compromise. It can do both at the same time. In addition, it is difficult to follow a conversation while walking or running because existing hearing aids assume that the wearer is not in motion. As a world’s first, Signia Xperience takes motion into account so that the wearer can easily follow conversations also in active situations. The revolutionary Signia Xperience technology platform features acoustic-motion sensors and innovative sound processing. This allows the wearers to understand speech from any direction in any situation – even when they are in motion.
Accessories & Smartphone Apps
Inductive Charger II (Included)
This charger comes with all Pure Charge&Go X hearing aids in the 7, 5, and 3 tech levels. It fully charges hearing aids in 3-5 hours, providing 16-20 hours of battery life. A 30-minute fast charge gives an additional 7 hours of battery life. This charger also doubles as a dehumidifer to keep hearing aids moisture-free.
Take control of your hearing aids. This app allows you to control sound settings like volume, program, and microphone directionality. In some cases, your hearing provider can even make remote adjustments to your hearing aids through the app.
Streamline TV: $199
Plug it into the back of your TV or soundbar and the audio will be streaned directly to your hearing aids. Others can keep the TV at their preferred volume level, while you set your own volume via the app or on the hearing aids themselves.
Streamline MIC: $199
If you have an Android phone or any non-Apple smartphone, you'll need this device if you wish to stream audio from your phone to your hearing aids. If you have an iPhone, you won't need this device, because Signia hearing aids are directly compatible with iPhones. Even if you have an iPhone, it still may make sense to get this, because it does allow for hands free phone calls. Wear it around your neck and the microphone picks up your voice for the person on the other end of the call to hear, so you don't have to hold you the phone to your mouth when speaking.
miniPocket Remote: $139
You probably don't need this. Most people use the app to control their hearing aids, but if that doesn't suit you, this remote is a simple way to control the volume and program.

Not good if someone has soft voice, like, a child speaking, and when there is more than one person in the room. Not happy with these hearing aids. like my old hearing aids are
Pros: Quality sound and very comfortable behind the ears. Smaller than I expected and fit well . Easy to charge and easy to remove from charger. Cons: cracking in both units and both have gone off for no reason . Took them back to the provider and had the transmitter replaced . It helped for a while but the cracking and turning off continued. Going back and change companies.
These are much better than my previous hearing aids in the following ways:
1. Bluetooth seems to work a lot better. I don't get fading in and out when the phone is in my pocket.
2. The sound is better, not perfect, but better. I would say the "highs" common better. The "lows" are about the same.
3. Quite a few more color choices.
4. There is a new shape to the insert into the ear canal. It blocks sound from exiting the year.
5. Strangely, one of the aids tends to quit transmitting sound randomly through the day. In other words I can hear everything in my right hearing aid, not my left hearing aid. When I took this in to the technician, the testing software said nothing was wrong, so I was informed nothing was wrong!
Mostly I would say these are great.
My Signia hearing aids have exceeded my expectations. They are comfortable and almost invisible since they sit neatly at the top of the ear. The sound quality is excellent and the fact that they can be adjusted and programmed to most of my common social situations is a huge plus. The app works well from my iPhone and the Bluetooth feature allow me to hear phone callers directly to my aids. They are a bit pricey but well worth the value. Randy Tucson, AZ
Not a tight fit to the ear where wire goes around. Also the App is not easy to operate and understand. I had the Cross technology which didn’t work for me am going back to other type. The sound quality because of the Cross I hope was not nearly as clear and quality like I expected. I had Oticon regular aids on a test run prior to Cros ones and the sound and the App were so much better that the pair I just tried. Like I said I am trying the Signia Brand again in the 2 aids and I hope that the quality of the sound is ok.
The sound quality of my hearings is great, the are durable, comfortable and mostly unnoticeable. I am using them also for my tinnitus, my therapy for that starts today so we will see how that goes. I had tried one pair from another company and they were very tinny sounding and the piece for the ear canal was always popping out. I am impressed with my new pair and So far so good.
The sound quality is very good, and the service I got was excellent. The local provider ZipHearing connected me with was excellent. I received much better customization than I had with my two previous providers. Also, the price I got was $1500 to $2000 better than I could find elsewhere, online or local.
The sound is great I can adjust them on my smart phone. I can play music from You Tube. I love my hearing aids. The molds for my ears fit really well. Any one fitting molds they should open and shot there mouth to fit them good. I recommend them for anybody.. They are rechargeable over night and ready to wear the next morning.. Thank you for !making them.
Sound quality with the CROS configuration is excellent. I have no trouble determining sound source. Streaming is easy to control so that phone calls can be answered.
I am very pleased with the Signia Pure Charge and Go 7X that I purchased from Zip Hearing about a month ago. They are far and away better than my 10 - year old set in every way. They are smaller than I expected, the sound is excellent, and they can be programmed for different hearing situations. Being able to adjust them using my iPhone is a plus. Unfortunately in today’s HA market, there is a direct relationship between cost and quality, so I recommend buying the best you can afford. I also suggest that you try different models before you buy and find the best one for you.
Great bluetooth interface with i phone, I can actually talk on the phone again. Superb for television and one on one conversations. Still trying to sort through background noise in a crowded situations, hope I can sort this out. I am presently trying to keep them set as per the audiologist as I am still new to this, first time hearing aids. I will try using the directional hearing and the volume control using the Signia app as I get more used to the hearing aids. I do stream music to the Hearing aids when in a Super Market or store to cut down on the background noise.
GOOD SOUND QUALITY, BUT COULD BE BETTER. COMFORT IS GOOD, AGAIN COULD BE BETTER. PROS-LIGHT WEIGHT, COMFORTABLE., EASY TO USE. . CONS.-RELIABITY, BATTERY LIFE ON FULL CHARGE, STABILITY IN EAR, SOUND CHANGES WHILE MOVING AROUND FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER.
OVERALL GOOD IS EVERY AREA BUT COULD BE BETTER.
The sound quality has been good after a little adjustment..
I think , in the long run, i will still be happy with them.
I wish I would have ordered them a lot earlier.
I am happy with the style I picked.
They are easy to use and I actually forget I have them on.
The whole process was much easier then I anticipated.
I feel I picked a quality product that will serve me for many years.
The Sound quality is very good, very natural. The hearing aids fit nicely and stay in place when inserted correctly. There are some adjustments that need to made when in an environment with any altitude. The sound quality get tinny and unnatural.
The App for the Android phone is basic and has some performance issues, probably not an issue with an Apple/Iphone connection.
I waited until I had at least 2 weeks with my hearing aids as this is the first time wearing hearing aids for me. I have the Signia. I have to share that I had no idea how much I was missing until I wore them for the first week. They are easy to put in, and fit so well that I do not know they are in. It did take some getting used to hearing my own voice, as it sounded to me like when i had a cold. Once I got used to that ( also a good way to make sure they are still in and you haven't lost one taking off your mask) i am actually enjoying wearing them. The self freedom of being able to control the volume and reach out to my local provider if I have a question has been a big plus. I found that the directional hearing function helped when I attended a wedding last weekend. I was several rows back, but turned on the directional hearing to in front of me and hear every word of the ceremony. I was amazed as the quality of sound. Mine are rechargeable and I wear them up to 14 hours a day with no need to recharge. If you are hesitant on moving forward in getting hearing aids, you can try them for 45 days. This was a big plus for me as it added a layer of security that if I did not like them, I could return them for a full refund. They are not cheap, but the ones I got from Zip Hearing were $2000 less than the same price I got from my ENT doctor- for a better hearing aid. I am 110% pleased
