Included with your purchase
Don’t settle for less- or “remote support.” To get the best performance out of your hearing aids you need local care. It’s why all the major manufacturers recommend it. Your purchase includes 1 year of unlimited appointments with your local ZipHearing provider. After your first year of ownership, additional appointments with your local ZipHearing provider are $50 each.
Wear your hearing aids for 45 days. If they don’t change your life, simply bring them back to your local ZipHearing provider and we’ll issue a 100% refund. No restocking fees. No fine print.
Your purchase includes a manufacturer’s 3 year warranty covering repairs, and loss and damage. If a hearing aid is lost or damaged beyond repair during the warranty period, your ZipHearing provider can file what is called a “Loss and Damage Claim” for you, and a new device will be issued, subject to a deductible payable to your hearing provider of $350/aid.
Cleaning and maintenance supplies like domes and wax filters are included with your order, and your hearing provider will show you how to use them. If your hearing aids take disposable batteries, we’ll include a year's supply. If your hearing aids are rechargeable, we’ll include a charger.
We offer 12 month interest-free financing through CareCredit. We also offer payment plans of up to 60 months, though interest does apply. Setting up your financing takes just minutes, and a ZipHearing team member will help you through the process.
How One fits

Hear like no other
ONE is most well-known for its new M&RIE receiver (speaker), which stands for Microphone & Receiver In-The-Ear. As the name implies, M&RIE receivers feature an additional microphone at the ear canal's opening.
ReSound says this design helps wearers to localize sound better. It was a bold move by ReSound, and time will tell if this technology is adopted industry-wide.

I’ve recommended them to all my friends
Hi, my name is Bob S, I’m 91 years old, or actually will be 91 a week from yesterday. I started using hearing aids some 15 to 20 years ago, and my hearing has become poorer and poorer over time as I grew older, and in fact today I don’t hear very much if I don’t have my hearing aids in, unless my wife shouts at me, or something of that order. To get to my hearing aids, who I bought them from, we moved from a ski resort up in the mountains of New Mexico some 15 years ago, and I was wearing hearing aids that I bought out there, and I’ve forgotten what name they were, but when I got to Texas, I happened to come onto a dealer that I really liked who had good audiologists working for him, and he sold ReSound hearing aids, so I started with him and I’ve probably had maybe 5 different ReSound hearing aids since I started with them. My current ones are the ReSound ONEs, and let me take one of these off and see if we can get a picture of it. Do we see that? Yeah I believe we do see that. You can see that I’ve got molds which help my hearing, my hearing is so bad that with the normal things that you wear in your ear, molds help you better because they close out almost all of the sound other than what you’re hearing from your hearing aids. I chose ReSound because they work for me and I’ve recommended them to all my friends and all that wear hearing aids, and I did that because they work for me and I’m very comfortable with them. So let me tell you another thing, my advice to anybody wearing hearing aids is two fold. First, don’t wait too long to get your hearing aids. I waited a long time and I got tired of my wife saying “you’ve got poor hearing”, and I said “no, I don’t have poor hearing, I’ve just got selecting hearing.” At any rate, don’t wait too long, it’s better to get into them and start getting adjusted to them, it takes a little bit of adjustment. And the second reason and the most important one as far as I’m concerned, is find a place that’s got an audiologist that you can work with and that your comfortable working with and he or she is comfortable working with you. This is important because you need to not only adjust them when you buy them, but they need to be continually adjusted. As people get older, their hearing changes, and I’ve had many hearing tests with audiologists because that’s the way they can tell my hearing was changing and they can readjust my hearing aids. But that’s probably the most important thing that I can give to you- is find a specialist that you’re comfortable with and they work with you and they’re happy working with you, because it’s an important part of it. You just can’t go buy them on the web or wherever you would like to buy them and get them touched up once and then if you don’t have somebody to continue to do it, you’re going to be in trouble with your hearing aids, I have a lot of friends that never wear their hearing aids because they never got them to work for them, and this is probably the main reason why they didn’t work for them- they never kept them adjusted to their hearing. Well there you go, here’s my little interview, I hope it’s helpful for some people. But life for hearing aids is certainly a lot better than life without hearing aids.

I’m glad that I found the ReSound One 9
Hi everybody, I recently had an opportunity to purchase some new hearing aids so I thought I would share a little feedback with you all. I wanted to share first about my hearing history. I have bought a new pair of hearing aids starting with when I turned 12 years old, I was diagnosed with hereditary hearing loss in the 7th grade, and therefore have been wearing hearing aids in both ears ever since. The type of hearing aid that I just bought is called the ReSound One 9, and it was a new thing for me actually to go to the ReSound. I heard about it from my audiologists that I had been working with, it’s not necessarily like me to try something new, but I thought, why not. So I started the search for new hearing aids and at first felt very overwhelmed as I always do, because there are so many options out there, but after looking into it, I decided that it was the one for me. Some pros to the ReSound- I love music, and I love listening to music, so this is the first pair of hearing aids I’ve had that have Bluetooth in them and that has been amazing for streaming and it’s been very enjoyable to be able to listen to music in that way. There are different programs and features that I’ve never had before, such as wind reduction, a noise reduction for outside, I’m outside a lot, working outside a lot. There’s a restaurant program, there’s the ability to clarify speech sounds and also filter out noises, background noises and such. Those are pros for me. I didn’t think I would use different programs very much but I’ve found that I very much enjoy them. Some negatives I guess, so I’m gonna show you them now. Some negatives. This goes on the negative side actually. So, I have never worn a hearing aid before that is so small, it is only a con I guess I would say because I have never worn one, and it’s not even really a con, that is so, you see the dome and you see the wire here, that’s what you pull on to get it on and off, for me that at first was a con because I’ve never worn hearing aids that you put it on and off by taking the wire, you have to push your finger in towards the eardrum, to get this piece in your canal, and you pull out on the wire, and to me that was like very counterintuitive, I was like oh my goodness I can’t do that, I’m gonna break it. Like I said it’s not even like a real con because I’ve gotten used to it, in the last couple weeks it’s no longer like a big issue, but at first I was like oh my goodness these are really fiddly and strange, but they’re actually great, and the dome ended up being a pro too because they’re really comfortable. It’s a different feeling from having an ear piece and I thought oh I’m gonna have like these really plugged ear feelings going on but they’re good, I enjoy them a lot. I would definitely recommend them, I’m trying to think of specific reasons why that I have not already stated, I guess I’d recommend them because of the fit. It is very convenient, the domes are very convenient. The programming, the streaming, the Bluetooth, that’s definitely a major pro for me and I would recommend the ReSound. A piece of advice that I would share with everybody is look, hearing aids are really hard to buy, and I guess, if you’ve never been there you don’t really understand it, but it’s super overwhelming, there’s like way too many options out there, they’re super expensive, it’s like a major financial commitment, for those of us who pay out of pocket. Piece of advice, it was a huge gift to stumble upon the ZipHearing videos. Okay, so they do reviews on different hearing aids, I learned about major brands, that are kind of like go-tos, that really narrowed it down from like hundreds of options to like 6 major brands, so I was able to go from there, and single in on what I purchased. So my advice to you would be to go with ZipHearing, or any other reviews you can find on Youtube, or talk to other people that wear them, get as much advice as possible, because I had been given other advice, by a different audiologist, for a different pair, and I just didn’t feel right about it. I didn’t feel right about the brand for me, and I’m glad that I kept looking. I’m glad that I found ZipHearing and I’m glad that I found the ReSound One 9. Thanks
